IRELAND'S PROBLEMS
HERR HITLER'S AID SOUGHT TELEGRAM FROM ULSTERMAN BELFAST, Oct. 17 An Irishman has sent a telegram to Herr Hitler asking him to use his influence with Mr. Chamberlain to end the partition of Ireland. The man is a resident of Armagh, Ulster, "but his name has not been disclosed. The Premier of Northern Ireland, Lord Craigavon, refuses to consider plebiscites for "self-determination" in certain territ<rt-ies of Ulster. He made that clear in a speech in the Northern Ireland Parliament.
