GERMAN DOMINATION
LUTHTJANIA IMPRESSED SEEKING FRIENDSHIPS POLAND AND HUNGARY (Received October 21, 7.40 p.m.) LONDON, Oct. 21 It is stated in Kaunas that apparently impressed by the prospefct of German domination in Central Europe and doubting support from England, France and Russia in her policy of detachment, Lithuania is about to abandon her long-fostered suspicions of Poland and Hungary and collaborate with them. It is reliably stated that Lithuania proposes to' accord minority rights to Lithuanian Poles, suppress the patriotic organisation which is urging the reconquest of Vilna. (seized by Poland in 1920J"~ and modify tho security acts against the Memel Germans.
