AUCKLAND TEAM SELECTED The team selected to represent Auckland at baseball against Wellington at Blandford Park next Monday at 3 p.m. is as follows: — Pitcher, Shanks, (Training College); catcher, Lamb (Pioneers); first base, Bird (Y.M.C.A.); second base, Larsen (John's); third base, Tinkler (Pioneers): first short-stop, Dell (Pioneers); second short-stop, Wilson (Training College); left field, Loukes (John's); centre field, Williams (Training College); right field, Gardner (John's); extras. Hedley (Pioneers). Phare (Pioneers), Nicholli (John's). Players are requested to report at Blandford Park to-morrow, Wednesday and Thursday evenings.
