NEW CABIN MONOPLANE

ASSEMBLY NEARLY FINISHED TIGER MOTH IN MATAROA [BY TELEGRAPH OWN'.. CORRESPONDENT J HASTINGS. Thursday The now Wicko two-seat cabin monoplane imported from England for the Hawke'a Bay and East Coast Aero Club has now been partly assembled by the club's ground engineer, Mr. A. Bowyer, assisted by members of the club. It may bo ready fpr its first tost flights onMonday. THo machine is the first of its typo in New Zealand and is strikingly finished in whito and rod. The Tiger Moth to replace the machine destroyed in the Parukatahi Valley crash during flood relief operations is on board tho Mataroa and is duo to arrive in Auckland to-morrow. Delivery from England has been delayed for somo time. It is anticipated that tho machine will be delivered to tho air baso at Hobsonvillo for assembly and then flown to Hastings by a member of tho club.
