NATIONAL PARTY
MORNINGSIDE MEETING A large gathering of women met on Wednesday in Hirst's Hall. Morningside, to hear the National Party's candidate for Eden, Mr. Donald Pool, express his political views. Mr. Pool gave a most interesting and instructive outline of the National policy and a vote of thanks and_ confidence was moved by Mrs. J. B. Young and carried by an overwhelming majority. Mrs. A. M. Wilson presided. ' On behalf of the committee .Miss Gibbon a bouquet to Mrs. Pool.
