THE BOARD OF MANAGERS ELECTION OF FOUR MEMBERS The 'four candidates elected to fill the seats on the board of managers of the Seddon Memorial Technical College rendered vacant by the retirement of members are Miss B. E. Carnaclian, Mr. J. Donald, Mr. E. Aldridge and Mr. A. H. Dixon, according to the report of the returning officer, Mr. W. E". Burley, presented at the meeting yesterday. Mr. Donald is the only new member on the board. Miss Cnrnachan is one of the three representatives of parents of Technical High School pupils. Mr. J. Donald represents the local bodies, Mr. E. Aldridge the associations of employers, and Mr. A. H. Dixon the unions of employees. Miss Carnachan was reelected chairman, and Mr. J. W. Mitchell vice-chairman.
