PHILISTINES' CLUB
ENJOYABLE PROGRAMME An enjoyable entertainment programme •was presented at a meeting of the Philistines' Club recently. Items were given by Miss Beryl Smith, Mr. D. Callinnn, Miss Edna de Marr and Mrs. Humphrey Gordon. A mime entitled " A Mediaeval Romance" was presented by Miss Patsy Penty, Mr. H. Knight and ZSIr. M. Ralph, and a duologue, " The Reason Why " (Barry Pain) by Mr. and Mrs. C. M. Rattray and Mrs. R. Reed, was the accompanist for the evening. The chairman was Mr. C. J. Garland.
