ARRIVAL AT SUVA SIR HARRY C. LUKE (Received September 16, 5.5 p.m.) SUVA, Sept. 16 Sir Harry Charles Luke landed this morning at Suva and was sworn in as Governor, and High Commissioner of the Western Pacific. Sir Harry was appointed to succeed :Sir Arthur Richards in June when Sir Arthur was appointed Governor of Jamaica.
