ESTATE OF £40,000
PAPATOETOE WIDOW " DEATH FOLLOWS ACCIDENT BEQUEST MADE TO CHURCH Probate has been granted of the will of Mrs. Elizabeth Muir, widow, of Papatoetoe, who died on August 20 as a result of a motor accident in the Great South Road. The estate has been valued for purposes of probate at under £40.000.
A bequest of £SOO to St. John's Presbyterian Church, Papatoetoe, for the general purposes of the church is provided for. Another bequest is £IOO in trust to the manager of the cemetery fund of St. John's Presbyterian Church for the maintenance of the cemetery, and out of the income from this provision is made for the maintenance of the graves of the testatrix and her late husband.
