COLORADO FLOODS
MANY TOWNS SWEPT SEVERAL PEOPLE MISSINQ WOMAN MOTORIST DROWNED (Received September 4, 5.5 p.m.) NEW YORK, Sept. 8 A despatch from Denver,. Colorado, states that floods from the Rockies swept scores of towns and several persons are missing. Many were rescued from house-tops. A woman was drowned when a motor-car was-carried from, a highway; into a creek.
