MAGISTRATE'S COMMENT "They are called safety zones, Jut many people think them the 03«ict opposite," said Mr. C. It. Orr WaKer, S.M., in the Police Court yestejday, when evidence was given that a notorist had collided with a safety zone in Queen Street in the early mor»ng of July 31. The motorist, who was (flargod with failing to keep to the lot, was convicted and fined 10s, with iQsts.
