ALLEGED TREASON
AUSTRIANS FOR TRIAL DEPOSED ,CHANCELLOR PREPARING INDICTMENTS BERLIN, August 21 The first step toward the trial of Dr. Kurt Schnschnigg, former Chancellor of Austria, now under arrest, is foreseen in a law providing that ex-mem-bers of the Austrian Government and their associates may be tried before a special State Court in Vienna for treasonable activities. Herr Buerkel, Nazi authority, is preparing the indictments and Herr Hitler will appoint the members of theX'ourt. Those found guilty may be deprived of German citizenship and their property may be confiscated as reparation for alleged crimes.
