FILM STARS SUSPENDED
HOLLYWOOD, August 11 T'.vo famous film stars have been suspended by their studios. Paramount lias suspended George Raft because ho refused to carry out an agreement to play male lead in "St. Louis Blues," opposito Dorothy Lamour. Hal Roach has suspended Stan. Laurel, and is withholding his salary, because the comedian has not reported for work on the current Laurel and Hardy film, "Blockheads."
