WOMEN AND WORLD AFFAIRS An address under the auspices of the Crusade for Social Justice was given this week by Miss I. Rutherford. The part that women must play in the world in working for peace and in helping to build up a better order was discussed by Miss Rutherford.
Attention was drawn to the significant astrological symbology of the British llag, the four points of the three crosses ' corresponding to the twelve zodiacal points —six positive or male and six negative or female—-equally balanced. Fqual rights, sa j c \ , speaker, implied equal responsibilities, and women had to be prepared to accept the responsibility of making new conditions for the new era, as well as claiming equal rights and privileges.
