BOXING TITLES VACANT BOARD NOMINATES CONTENDERS LONDON, August 11 The Boxing Board has accepted Tommy Farr's resignation of the British heavyweight title, and declares the Empire title* vacant. _ It nominates a Eddia Phillips and Len for the British: title.
