THEFT CHARGES ADMITTED A pica of guilty was made by "William Gordon Little, labourer, aged 45 (.Mr. Aekins), when ho appeared in tlio Police Court yesterday, 'charged with stealing nil overcoat valued at £4. The magistrate, Mr. C. JJ. Orr "Walker, admitted accused to probation for one year and ordered him to take out a prohibition order. Charged with the theft of an oil canvas coat valued at 15s and a pair of gloves valued at Is Gd, Frederick Lol'tus Kkerritt pleaded guilty and was lined £ls. A similar plea was entered by Herbert Samuel fline (Mr. Aekins), who was.charged, with the theft of a hurricane lamp, valued at 5s od. He was. convicted and discharged.
