THE YACHT BLUE SEAS RETURN TO NEW ZEALAND [by telegraph—own correspondent] RTJSSELL, Tuesday After an adventurous cruise to the Islands, the Nelson yacht Blue Seas, manned by Messrs. J. Anstice (cap- | tain), G. A. Day and H. Lewis, arrived here from Vavau 011 Saturday. The vessel left Nelson t jn May for Rarotoiiga, Tahiti and Vavau, on a cruise expected to last from three to five months. _ The Blue Seas arrived at Vavau from Papeete 011 July 22 and left, after only a short stay, for New Zealand. An encounter with whales and a severe storm, during which the wireless set refused to function, were among the experiences met with during the voyage.
