SUGGESTED POSITION BRITISH CIVIL AIR GUARD LONDON, August 8 In discussing the constitution of the Civil Air Guard, the Daily Telegraph suggests that one of the commissioners might be. the Auckland airwoman Miss Jean Batten, .whose experience would provo most useful. The appointment of Miss Batten,, says the paper, would necessarily be dependent upon the length of her stay in England.
