FULL OPERATION NOW ROUTINE SERVICE FLIGHTS ' (Received July 12, 6.55 p.m.) SYDNEY, July 12 The Qiantas Empire Airways flyingboat Coolangatta began the second air mail flight to-day from Rose Bay to Singapore, en route to London. Eleven passengers were aboard, including the ■well known Auckland surgeon Sir Carrick Robertson. Thp service is now in full operation, the third machine from Singapore, the Coorong, landing at Rose Bay base late this afternoon. A Dutch airliner landed in the darkness at 7.30 p.m. from Batavia, / bringing back passengers who left here last Thursday and spent the week-end at Batavia.
