EXCHANGE AT ST. HELIERS AUTHORITY FOR BUILDING [BT TELEGRAPH —SPECIAif REPORTER] WELLINGTON, Wednesday Advice has been received by Mr. W. P. Endean, M.P. for Parnell, from the Postmaster-General, the Hon. F. Jones, that the approval of the Cabinet has been obtained for the erection of an automatic telephone exchange building at St. Heliers. Tenders are to be called for the construction of the building.
