HAMILTON OFFICERS [from our own correspondent] HAMILTON, Friday The annual meeting of tho Hamilton Beautifying Society was held, last night, Mr. F. Findlay, deputy-Mayor, presiding. The balance-sheet sjiowed that the year's working had resulted in the society spending £lB2 19s above tho allocation from tho Hamilton Borough Council. Officers were elected as follows: — President, Mr. \V. H. Paul; vice-presi-dents, Dr. H. Douglas and Mr. W. G. Pountney; committee; Messrs. J. R. Fow, H. M. Hammond, F. W. Hare, H. Mercer, E. V. Quick, G. Morpeth, T. G. Reynolds, J. F. Strang, J. H. Edgocumbo and Dr. H. E. Harris; secretary, Mr. T. A. Ewan; treasurer. Mr. E. V. Quick; auditor, Mr. W. H. Allen.
