ANGLO-GERMAN TALKS (Received June 2:"?, 0.5 p.m.) British Wireless 11UGBY, June 22 Dr. E. Weihl, of the German Foreign Office, who heads the German delegation for the Anglo-German financial and economic negotiations with reference to the Austrian debt, had a preliminary talk to-day with Sir Frederick Leith-Ross, chief economic adviser to the British Government. It is understood the object of the visit was to exchange views on the basis on which definite negotiations between the two delegations could be resumed. Dr. Weihl will see Sir Frederick again to-morow.
