NO INCREASE IN RATES

MORRINSVILLE BOROUGH [frosi our own correspondent] MORRINSVILLE, Friday A decision to levy the same rates for 1938-1939 as for the year ended March 31 last was reached by tho Morrinsville Borough Council at a special meeting this week. The Mayor, Mr. W. Hetherington, presided. Hie council decided to increase the sanitation fee from £1 .to £1 ss. Mr. Hetherington commented on the satisfactory position of tho borough finances, which permitted the rates to remain the same during a period of high costs.
