ENJOYABLE CARD PARTY A card afternoon, organised by the ladies of the Birkenhead branch of tho National Party, was held yesterday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. George Mills in Glenfield Road. _ The winners of prizes for bridge were: —Mrs. A. M. Cassie and Mrs. 0. Paterson. and for five hundred, Mrs. 0. A. Powell and Miss P. Berry. Among those present were:—Mrs. Edmund Johnston, Mrs. J. M. Somerville, Mrs. R.
