MISSING IN AFRICA
AIR FORCE MEMBERS WRECKED MACHINE SIGHTED NO SIGN OF OCCUPANTS (Received Juno 7, 11.10 p.m.) PRETORIA, June 7 Three military aeroplanes were used in a search for a missing machine containing three touring Royal Air Forco boxers, their trainer and two South Africans, who were en route from Bulawayo to Pretoria. The missing aeroplano was located from the air in dense bush country 20 miles north of the Limpopo River. There was no sign of life. The aeroplane appears to be wrecked. Rescuers are hacking a track through the bush, but are not expected to arrive until the morning.
