VISITS TO AUCKLAND The Hon. W. E! Parry, Minister of Internal Affairs, attended the King's Birthday military parade at the Domain yesterday morning and later left for Rotorua to attend a conference with officers of the fish and game branch of his department. After spending several days at Rotorua he intends visiting Hamilton on Saturday, when he will attend the annual meeting of the Hamilton Acclimatisation Society before returning to Auckland the same, night or on Sunday morning.. . ' The Hon. W. Lee Martin, Minister of Agriculture, returned yesterday from Australia, wnere he attended the meeting of the Australian Agricultural Council. He left almost immediately for Hamilton to visit the Waikato Winter Show. . - The Hon. P. C. Webb, Minister of Mines, attended the Auckland Racing Club's Winter Meeting at Ellerslie yesterday. He has been spending Some time arranging a'conference among local body and Government department " representatives to-day for the purpose' of discussing an employment drivd. Tomorrow he will leave for Hamilton to deliver a political address. . The Hon. H. T., Armstrong, Minister of Labour, attended the Auckland Racing Club's Winter Meeting at Ettetslie yesterday. To-day he will leave for Waihi to deliver a political address and to-morrow night he will deliver another at Te Aroha. He will return to Auckland on Thursday and will spend the week-end in the city attending to departmental matters. £ The Hon. P. Fraser, Minister o Education, who visited the Bay of Plenty last week, left Gisborne yesterday morning for the East Coast districts. The Minister will return to Gisborne on Thursday morning.
