PARIS DINNER PARTY PARIS. May 27 The British Ambassador, Sir F.ric Phipps, gave a large official dinner party in , honour of the Duke and Duchess of Windsor before tlieitr departure to take up their permanent residence in the South of France. Three trench Cabinet were present, and also leaders of the British colony.
