AFRICAN CONFERENCE (Received May 20, 5.5 p.m.) British Wireless RUGBY, May 25 The second international conference for the protection of the fauna and flora of Africa was opened in London today, Delegates attended on behalf of the Governments of the United Kingdom, South Africa, Southern lUiodcsia, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Egypt, the Sudan, Portugal and Italy.
