£390 DAMAGES AWARDED
SEQUEL TO CAR COLLISION CLAIM AGAINST DETECTIVE [BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON, Saturday General damages of £3lO, and the full amount of special damages claimed, £BO 4s Id, were awarded by a jury of 12, at the Supreme Court to Gwennetli Elder .Tones, of Dannevirko, bookkeeper, against Joseph Geoffrey Long, of Wellington, a detective, for injuries when a car in which she was a passenger collided with a car driven by the defendant at the Waikanae Bridge- on January 1.
