[dv tklegraph—OWN correspondent] WHANGAREI. Saturday The Hikurangi Town Board, at its first meeting since the election, reappointed Mr. R. Nesbitt chairman. Tentative estimates for the coining year were submitted by the clerk, Mr. C. O'Callaghan.
