SEAMEN ENTERTAINED
FLYING ANGEL MISSIONS A popular concert given in honour of the men from the French sloop, Rigault de Genouilly, was given at tho Flying Angel Missions to Seamen last evening. Seamen boys of H.M.S. Philomel and merchant seamen were also present. The chaplain, Rev. H. K. Vickery, welcomed the visitors. Tho programme, which consisted of vocal and instrumental numbers and national dances, was arranged by Miss Mavis Ward.
The following contributed to the evening's entertainment: —Misses Mavis Ward, Zelda Niel, Doris Sinclair, Betty Tilnev, Joy Davidson, Freda Lawson, Dolly Misson, Geodie Mathioson, Natalio Spicer, Edith Wenship, Master Ken Ward, Messrs. Jock Philips, Tom Whitaker, Alex Olney, Harry Ellison, P. Brady, Andre Boillot and L. Boury. The accompanists were Messrs. W. M. Mitchell and J. Philips. , . After supper dancing was enjoyed.
