"LARRIKIN AND BULLY" [BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON, Thursday Imposing sentence of three months' imprisonment with hard labour on William James Gilbert, nged 25, who was found guilty of common assault on an Indian, Mr. Justice Reed said: "Your assault on this inoffensive Indian was simply the act of a larrikin and a bully, nnd deserves to bo punished accordingly. ': Gilbert: I can't help paying that I have served nearly three weeks' imprisonment on remand, and the case has put me to a great deal of expense.
