UNDEFENDED DIVORCES
DECREES NISI GRANTED

HAMILTON, Thursday
Soveral undefended divorce petitions were heard before the Chief Justice, Sir Michael Myers, in -the Supreme Court at Hamilton to-day. Adultery on respondents' part was proved in tho following cases, in which decrees nisi were granted:—Charlotte Millicent Dagger, against Eric Anthony Dagger; and Frances McLaren, against John Duxfield McLaren.
William George Clark was granted n. docroo nisi against Elsie Murial Clark on the grounds of respondent's failure to comply with an order for restitution of conjugal rights. An order for restitution of conjugal rights within 14 days was granted to William Henry Bines against Marion Bines.
