McCORMICK'S BOWLING
COMMENT IN LONDON AUSTRALIANS' VICTORIES HOWARD MARSHALL'S VIEWS (Received May 9, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, May 8 Howard Marshall, writing in the Daily Telegraph, says: "We will do cricket a disservice if we magnify McCormick's no-balls into something sensational. His bowling short is in part
due to run-up difficulties. I hope it will not lead to any nonsense about 'bodyline.' "The Australian victories over Worcester and Oxford are not significant. I have seen nothing to make me fear the Australians unduly."
