TAURANGA OFFICERS t [BY TELEGRAPH —OWN CORBRSI'ONDKKT] TAURANGA, Sunday There was a large attendance at tlio annual meeting of (lie Tauranga Badminton Club. Mr. K. H. Hay presided. The balance-sheet showed the club to be in a sound financial position, and the prospects aro for another successful season. Officers were clect-ed as follows:—President, Mr. R. H. Hay; club captain, Mr. L. E. Gamman; honorary secretary and treasurer, Mr. ii. E. Gamman; committ-ee. Misses li. Sharon, F. Anderson. Messrs. S. Anderson, G. Foster, T. Connor. Club nights wore fixed for Tuesday and Thursday, commencing from May 10, and it is hoped to commence intcr-club matches shortly after that date.
