BRITAIN RETALIATES
' MEXICAN OIL SEIZURE LONDON, April 29 The Prime Minister, Mr. Chamberlain. replying to a question in the House of Commons to-day, said that no oil from Mexico would be allowed to be inoluded in any Government contract purchase until a settlement was reached over the. seizure of British proparty in Mexico.
