RELATIONS IMPROVED (Received April 27, 5.5 p.m.) British Wireless RUGBY, April 26 The Prime Minister, Mr. Chamberlain, and the Dominions' Secretary, Mr. Mac Donald, were warmly cheered in the House of Commons on their first appearance after the signature of the Anglo-Eire agreement.
