SOCIETY OF ST. GEORGE

The monthly meeting of the ladies of the Itoval Society of St. George was held in the Peqwomen's Club rooms yesterday afternoon. Airs. Heath Preest presided and welcomed many new members. A descriptive address on life in England was given by Aliss Anita Webster, and was much enjoyed by those present. Musical items followed, those contributing being Airs. .T, Dickson and Madame Alillburn (songs); Aliss Hilary Eccles (violin solos). Mrs, H. McCarty was the accompanist. Afternoon tea was served by ladles of the committee.
