Mrs. F. J. Ryburn, of Pater angi, has returned from a visit to Cliristchurch and Wellington.

Mrs. H. B. Johnson, Great South Road, returned 011 Saturday from a holiday at Rotorua.

Miss Nancy Rogerson, Epsom Avenue, will leave by the Mariposa ori Thursday for a holiday in Sydney.

Mrs. Leslie C. Robinson, Kelburn, Wellington, is visiting friends in Auckland and will be here for the Easter holidays.

Mrs. Stuart Townshend, Humana Street, Devonport, left by the limited express yesterday en route for Otago and Southland.

Mrs. R. Buchanan, Quadrant Road, Onehunga, accompanied by lier husband, has returned from a tour of the North and South Islands.

Miss Russell, who has sold her house in Omahu Road, is staying with Dr. G. do Courcy, of Market Road, until she leaves lor England in July.

Mrs. R. G. Brown, of Pukekohe, and her two children, are spending an extended holiday with the former's mother, Mrs. C. B. Hall, of To Awamutu.

Mrs. J. N. Greenland, Wellington, will arrive in Auckland to-morrow by the Empress of Britain, and will spend the day here before returning south again.

Mrs. A. W. Essex, Lucerne Road, Remtiera, left by the limited express on Friday for Wellington, and will return to Auckland on the Empress of Britain to-morrow.

Mrs. Gerald H. Bull, of Glen Massey, Waingaro, accompanied by her husband, is leaving to-morrow by the Awatea for Sydney, en route for a tour of Great Britain and Europe.

Mrs. Jl. P. Steele, the Manse, Katikati, Bay of Islands, left last week by the Rangitata on a visit to her parents in Londonderry, Ireland. She will be away about six or eight months.

Mrs. John R. Ritchie, accompanied by her husband, will arrive by the Awatea to-morrow morning and will spend a few days with her mother, Mrs. Allan Moody, Mount St. John Avenue, Epsom, before leaving for Dunedin.

Miss V. M. Greig, who has been president of the Wellington branch of the New Zealand Federation of University Women, will leave shortly on an overseas tour. Miss C. M. Heine was elected president at the annual meeting of the branch last week.

Miss Alisoun Carey, Cashmere Hills, Christchurch, left on Saturday, en route for Sydney to visit her aunt, Miss Pike, at Mosman. Miss Carey, who recently graduated LL.B., will be admitted as a barrister of the Supreme Court on her return to Christchurch in May.

Mrs. W. Pittar, Ald red Road, Rom-.i-era, will leave by the Mariposa on Thursday for Sydney. She will there await the arrival of her daughter. Mrs. A. Shilling, and Miss E. Rogers, of Remuera Road, who will leave Auckland by the Awatea on May 9 for Sydney. From the latter port the party will embark by the Nieuw Zeeland for the Dutch East Indies en route for England. They expect to be away for several months.
