EDINBURGH WEDDING
SCOTTISH PEER'S DAUGHTER CHRISTCHURCH BRIDEGROOM The wedding was celebrated at St. George's Presbyterian Parish Church, Edinburgh, 011 April 5, of Jean Galloway, second daughter of Lord and .Lady Russell, Edinburgh, to Dr. Hugh P. Donald, Ph.D., F.R.S.E., elder son of Mr. and Mrs. H. P. Donald, Papanui Road, Christchurch. Dr. Donald is a graduate of Canterbury University College, where he took his B.Sc. degree. He joined the staff of the Canterbury Agricultural College, Lincoln, as lecturer in agricultural science. In J9.'J2 he graduated M.Ag.Sc., and the same year he was awarded a Macniillan Brown scholarship. He left Christchurch in 19iM for Edinburgh, where 110 gained his Ph.D. and was admitted a Fellow of the Royal Society of Edinburgh. Dr. Donald is a member of the research staff of Edinburgh University.
