COURT PRESENTATIONS AMBASSADOR'S NEW RULE (Received April 10. 7.5 p.m.) WASHINGTON, April 0 The United States Ambassador to Britain, Mr. Joseph P. Kennedy, has qualified for the title of "public kill-joy No. 1" by announcing the end of the practice of presenting to the Court American women visiting London. He will restrict presentations to families of Americans residing in England.
Mr. Kennedy considers that the choice of a few from a long list of applicants is undemocratic.
