THE POLITICAL SYSTEM ADJUSTMENT FORESHADOWED (Received April 30, 8.35 p.m.) • PRAGUE, April 10 The President of Czechoslovakia, Dr. Benes, in a message to the country, said the adjustment of the political system within the framework of democracy might be necessary. Dr. Benes reminded Czechoslovaks that it was impossible to obtain all they wanted in this life. The country would emerge strengthened from its present internal and external difficulties.
