URGED TO HOARD FOOD
FUBLIC OF NORWAY SITUATION IN EUROPE GRAVE OFFICIAL VIEW i_ (Received April 10, 5.5 p.m.) OSLO. April 9 The Ministry of Agriculture has issued a communique urging the entire population to hoard food, as "the ■situation in Europe has become so serious that there is imminent clanger of a crisis." Householders are told to lay in stocks of dried fish and tinned fruit and vegetables.
