TUG BACK AGAIN
DEFECT IN OILING SYSTEM ROUGH SEAS ENCOUNTERED [BY TELEGRAPH —I'BESS ASSOCIATION] DUNEDIN, Saturday The tug Frosty Moller, formerly the Southland, which sailed from Port Chalmers on Thursday for Melbourne and Sydney, whence she is to tow to Shanghai vessels bought by tho Moller Line, returned to port this morning for the adjustment of a defect which developed in her oiling system when she struck heavy weather south of New Zealand. ' , The engines ran well for 36 hours until the bad weather: -was encountered.
