RELIEF PROGRAMME
PRESIDENT ROOSEVELT WASHINGTON, April 7 President Roosevelt called his advisers on relief measures to the White House to discuss an immediate business revitalisation programme to cost 1>00,000.000 dollars. It is said that Mr. Roosevelt has before him a plan proposing an immediate programme of huge non-interest. Federal loans to cities, States' and local Government bodies.
