BANKRUPT SHAREBROKER
MEMBER OF NEWBURGH FIRM LARGE NUMBER OF CREDITORS [BY telegraph—owx CORRESPONDENT] CHKISTCHURCH. Friday A petition in bankruptcy has been filed by Eric Pryce Newburgh, sharebroker, of 153 Hereford Street, surviving partner in the firm of Thomas Newburgh and Company. He is a son and former partiier of tho late r lhomas Newburgh, sharebroker, and a trustee of his father's estate, which was filed in bankruptcy on March 31. A joint meeting of the creditors in the estate of the late Thomas Newburgh and of the creditors of Eric Pryce Newburgh has been called by the Official Assignee, Mr. G. W. Brown, -for April 12. So numerous aro the creditors that the meeting will be hold in the Provincial Council Chambers.
