CONVERSION OF CAR
TWO MONTHS IN GAOL OFFENCE WHILE ON PROBATION "He needs a sharp lesson," said Mr. C. 11. Orr Walker, S.M., when Archibald Wilson, farm hand, aged 25, charged with unlawfully converting to his own use a motor-car valued at £l9O, the property of _ Charles McOulloch, pleaded guilty in the Police Court yesterday. Sub-Inspector Flanagan said accused had appeared in the Supreme Court on March 31 on a charge of breaking and entering, and was admitted to probation for two years. The same day he took a car in town and drove some friends to Orakci and back. Accused was sentenced to two months' imprisonment.
