FOUR TORONTO MOTHERS 1,000,000 DOLLARS DIVIDED TORONTO, March 80 Four women tied in the Toronto "Baby Derby," and each will receive 250,000 dollars. „ Long-contested Court claims were disposed of yesterday when Judge Hamilton declared Mrs. Annie Smith, Mrs. Kathleen Nagle, Mrs; Isabel McLean and Mrs. Alice Timleck the winners. AJiout 12 years ago, Charles Vance Miller, bachelor, lawyer and racetrack plunger, left his e&tire fortune of 1,000,000 dollars for" division among those Toronto mothers who had the most children during the ensiling 10 years. These four had nine children each. Mrs. Lilian Kenny, a Scottish -lady, who had married an Italian, tried very hard to coiuo within the' scope of the will but, unfortunately for her, two of her children were stillborn.
