RUMANIAN CABINET
RESIGNATION TENDERED NEW MINISTRY FORMED SAME PRIME MINISTER BUCHAREST, March 30 i The Rumanian Cabinet has resigned. An official statement says it has achieved its mission. After restoring order throughout the country there is no longer any need for the Government of National Concentration.
The retiring Ministers offered King Carol their services in a r.cw Government.
The former Prime Minister, Monsignor Cristea, has formed a new Cabinet with himself as leader. M. Petrescu Conmen, former UnderSecretary for Foreign Affairs, becomes Foreign Minister, while most of the exMiuisters have been reinstated. It is expected that the Government's policy will remain unchanged. The new Cabinet, fit a meeting, presided over by King Carol, issued a decree dissolving all political parties in accordance with the new 'Constitution instituted under the late Cabinet which, j introduces the corporative system. An- j other decree establishes a Jtoyat Ad- ; visory Council. consisting of former Prime Ministers and Church, Court and Airmy dignitaries.
It is explained that the late Cabinet; was a stop-gap and was cumbersome because it included six former Prime Ministers as Ministers without portfolio whose chief mission was to restore confidence.
