RESIGNATION TENDERED NEW MINISTRY FORMED SAME PRIME MINISTER BUCHAREST, March 30 i The Rumanian Cabinet has resigned. An official statement says it has achieved its mission. After restoring order throughout the country there is no longer any need for the Government of National Concentration.

The retiring Ministers offered King Carol their services in a r.cw Government.

The former Prime Minister, Monsignor Cristea, has formed a new Cabinet with himself as leader. M. Petrescu Conmen, former UnderSecretary for Foreign Affairs, becomes Foreign Minister, while most of the exMiuisters have been reinstated.
