Davis, M.L.C., Mr. A. H. Johnstone, K.C., Professor F. P. Worley, Mr. N. R. W. Thomas; council, Messrs. H. E. Barrowclough, 0. R. Spragg, F. A. Hull, A. D. Jack, M. Copeland, W. W. Dove, W. F. Fowlds. H. T. Gibson, J. Hislop, G. H. Holford, G. F. Joseph, E. Earle Vaile; honorary secretary and treasurer, Professor Jam os Rutherford; honorary auditor, Mr. G. W. Hutchison.
